      Your jar was used to contain one of their products. There is nothing else on the web about it.

      1 would be a date-code. Is there a raised dot after it? It would be '40s or '50s due to the manufacturer mark type and those little dots called stipples.
      If there is no raised dot (period) after the 1, it is likely 1940s.

      As it was made by plant 7 owned by Owen-Illinois ( the <(I)> symbol), it broadly dates between 1930 and 1983. Made at plant location Alton, Illinois.

      Pickle or condiment bottle.
