Early 1900's? rocker/rocking chair, quilters/knitters chair, By Sengi, Chicago, IL
Has solid wood construction, coil springs, Original soft top quilted feel upholstery fabric. Very comfortable.
Unique curvature design.
Any thoughts as to whether my date of early 1900's or earlier is correct? Any ideas on if it is rare, because I can't find much on Sengi which is stamped on metal on the underside of the chair. Haven't done anything to it. I like the way it is but needs to be freshened up with new upholstery and the general cleaning stuff.
Would love to know what the value is on it? Thanks in advance for your help.
