    These were used in the early 20th century. There was an aluminum tray inside to separate the food. Two of three of these still have the trays. The tallest one is about 5 1/2" tall. The other two are about 4 3/4" tall.
    Doing an expanded view of the one on the right the tray can be seen along with the gasket on the lid that keeps it air tight.
