Flea market find again. Star is to be found on italian silver jewelry since 1968, 560 AR means that the maker is company Nicol Preziosi from Arezzo, Italy. Does anyone know what ANC mark means?

The law requiring the new format of the registration mark was enacted January 30, 1968, the " regolamento di attuazione" (putting into effect regulation) was issued on 30 12 1970, and published in the "Gazzetta ufficiale" (official gazette) August 17, 1971.
Three years - not much difference.
