Is it Czech?Even my husband ,who doesn't know much about my hobby, asked :Czech? No,it isn't .It's a beautiful sample of Polish glass from the era.
To be honest,I haven't seen three layer spatter glass made in Polish glassworks before WWII so far.It of course appears but very seldom and usually is called Murano or Bohemian.
The seller attributed it to Zawiercie glassworks which was quite famous for its cut cristal and popular kitchen glassware but not for art glass.During our phone call he told me more details about the manufacture that used to belong to Salomon Reich from Krasno (since 1884.)S.Reich brought many Czech and Romanian workers i.a. blowers to develop production. My interlocutor worked himself for Zawiercie as a glass cutter and still remembers successors of those first workers.
I believe that in this information lays the answer to the first question.

Interesting piece, Ivonne, and pretty too! The style of the 'flame red' spatter is quite distinctive, in my view.

Thank you,Peggy ,for commenting.I'm with you - those tiny red pieces resemble sparks ejecting from a fire and make a vase,

Very nice Ivonne... I love the combination of the multicolored spatter on the bottom against the single color on top!

Thanks Rick for the comment and the love:)
This way of using spatter is a bit different from those commonly used i.e.spread equally on a whole and I'm glad you appreciate this :)
