After a long gap I've recently been able to add more Welz thorn vases to my collection. This one has the classic Welz base of five thorny 'feet'. Also it is in the Welz décor of pink with green aventurine and has been made extra long so that it can be curled back upon itself. The last is a feature Welz did in several ways.
This one, like the others, is hexagonal, but differently it has been twisted and has no thorns along the body of the vase.....only on the feet!
Height 20 cm./8 inches
