Hi there, just trying to find year and value of this piece. For some reason I'm having difficulties. I'm guessing year is around 1950s but that's all I know. Any help would be great. Thanks

It is better to use all 4 pics allowed to help with id... Now, no idea of what the whole pice look like
E P for electroplated... So, not solid silver.
