I have looked for one of these for 25 years ! The seller thought it was unsigned Tiffany, but I knew exactly what it was when I saw it. It was made by the Fostoria Glass Specialty Co. of Fostoria, Ohio (this company should not be confused with the better known Fostoria Glass Co. of W. Va.).
This art glass was produced from 1910-1914 and called IRIS ware. The company made mostly art glass shades which are usually identified as Quezal or Steuben. They also produced a limited number of vases of which this is an example. They used a paper label most of which are now gone.
This exact vase is shown in AMERICAN ART NOUVEAU GLASS by Revi on page 215.
