looks like one of the old 50s to 60s japan made hobo knives. they don't have a lot of monetary value if it is. maybe 20 bucks.
whyatt nailed it. There are about a dozen variations on this type of knife. They were produced in Japan from the late 1940's. They are very inexpensively made, probably from salvaged materials. One name that appears on them is Mitsuboshi, which we now know as Mitsubishi, the automobile manufacturer.
Interesting fact: The term "Swiss Army Knife" is protected under international copyright law and the only companies who were allowed to use it were Victorinox and Wenger, the two original producers of knives for the Swiss army (from ca. 1895). Victorinox has since bought Wenger. so it is now the only company allowed to advertise "Swiss Army Knife".
