I'm not sure about this bracelet, I think it is from the Art Deco era, but with the enclosed back it could be Georgian. I've tested the metal and it tests as silver, the stones are paste and set in a bezel mount. The clasp is a tongue and box clasp, it's very pretty and is in prefect condition. The paste stones are very bright and the bracelet weighs approx 14 grams. Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks for looking.
its beautiful!
Very nice! It must be very souple and the pastes are so bright :-)
Art Deco, these links and flat back are not Georgian...
Thank you lentika, I really appreciate your comment.
Thanks kyra, I thought it was Art Deco, it is a nice bracelet to wear. I also have a paste necklace but unfortunately one of the paste stones, dropped out. I wore it for a wedding :-( my friend is going to find me a replacement stone. I read on one of your posts that paste jewellery is becoming very collectible?
What a beauty!! Bling Bling!!!!!
Yes it certainly does have the bling factor Scott. Thanks for passing by :-))
Yes Jean, specially Georgian paste jewellery, but it seems now all of it shows increasing prices :-)
