I had forgotten I had this! I bought it from a charity shop several years ago, and had put it away and forgotten it. I think it is what is known as Rosemaling Ware, developed in the valleys of Norway. It is signed Morgedal, which is a town in Norway. Dated 1960. If anyone knows more about this type of Charger please share. It is 14" across.
