Hi we have here a vitro porcelain flower trough etc depicting scenes from
Walter Cranes nursery rhymes illustrations
this being Old King Cole nursery rhyme
by Sowerby & co Ellison Glass Works Gateshead on Tyne
date 1880s
sowerby peacock marked to base
doubled sided to front & back plus on both ends
Sowerby had great interest in the Arts & Craft Movement
5 inches long 3 inches high width 2 inches approximately
the moulding outstanding
