An elderly friend has this chair she wants me to sell for her. I have never seen anything like it. Since it has an Oregon Health Inspection tag on the bottom of the seat, I thought maybe a nail tech chair or ? But I found 1 other similar from the 1890s and claims to be an office chair. Is there anything anyone can tell me about it? And any clue on value? It is in all working condition and seems to be all original. Thanks!
