These were put out by Dairy Queen in 1964..this is a difficult set to put together...I've seen them in FANTASTIC shape(no chips or cracks..bright colors) sell for up to $500-$700...
I looked up the one you mentioned and the 1964 DQ glasses all had all 4 beatles on one glass. Mine is 1 beatle per glass and they are in perfect to mint shape no chips paint is perfert
If you are talking about the glasses that say Beatles in white lettering..and they have each Beatles head on a sort of white splash background...those were made for Dairy Queen in Canada...the ones pictured are for Dairy Queen in the US
Here is some better pictures of the glasses. The dq canadian ones seem to be different. Found 2 of them on ebay last night that sold back in 2007. They thought they were peanut butter glasses not sure what they sold for but think about 125 each. I have all 4 and in perfect condition.
Well well, these bring back some memories for me, i was born in Liverpool and lived a couple of streets away from Richard (Ringo) he is a bit older than me, but i remember the girls hanging around outside his house and his mum telling them to go away :-) he lived in Madryn street and i lived in a new build in Amity Street.
I moved away from there many many years ago now but the music scene in Liverpool at the time was amazing.
Sorry, my memory is getting bad, he lived in Admiral grove when he was in the band, not far from the police station, my big brother knew his as a little kid.
