In the Victorian era china/porcelain painting was very fashionable hobby for wealthy women. Lots of factories produced blanks for the amateur china painters. I'm wondering is this candelabra one of those blanks or is it more recent? Any help appreciated. This double candle holder is quite small, 7'' x 4.25''. It has no marks, only some numbers on the bottom, which quite hard to decipher.

I have seen similar blanks marked Germany, but of higher quality, so perhaps this was not marked because it does not reached the standards

Thank you Kivatinitz for your comment!!! In those times many good quality items weren't marked either.

I think yours has a nice 20's glaze to it. A lot of the deco figural flower ones had similar glazes to them. Yours looks german and kind of doubt it is just a pottery blank.
