Large S shaped hook with round button

Large S shaped hook, top has a round button shape that measures 2 3/4" in diameter. Overall length is 8 inches X 5 inches in width X 2" thick. Hook opening appears too small to accept chain. Visible numbers are 292-B-75 the letter U inside a hexagon and the letter D. Approximate weight is 5 lbs.
