Identify a mean looking Japanese metal warrior or mystical character??

Hello Everyone,
I'm unable of who he is, what he's made of beside the sure thing is that he's made out of metal.
He looks like a Japanese warrior. There's a coat of bronze glazed on the exterior and inside of statue, So I'm unsure of the metal. When I touch it, there's a metal tench on my hands.
The back has a red oval sticker, and it's obviously made in Japan.
