another one of my favorites from my godfather. he told me he got this while in the army. On a ship in Italy in 1943. He mailed it back to his wife along with some other interesting items he obtained.... I have been unsuccessful in figuring out the artist.
Looks like D. Rano, n with caron (a small v over the n). It's a family name in Czech and Slovakian.
