It's being a while since i post a piece of Jewellery, i just not run to the thrift store showcase when i get in, today i decide to go and have a look, good for me, because i found this nice Vintage Filigree Silver Necklace and Pendant ( 20 Century), very delicate and well done medallion with a small little bust inside, look like a Cameo, very complex design, the backing is almost as beautiful then the front, mark on the back "145GE+ 800"
This little medallion is 1 inch wide by 1.25 inch long.

Your cameo pendant was made in Genoa, Italy some time after 1970. It looks like shell from the front but the back looks more like stone or composite and I seem to see a very faint stamp or signature across the middle back. Try to give the back a gentle pencil rubbing over thin tissue paper and see if anything shows up.
