The lid of this powder bowl is decorated with an enamelled bunch of violets and leaves. The violet motif is repeated around the sides of the bowl. The bowl and lid are iridescent but the base has been left clear.
The larger bowl in image four also has a clear base, a repeated motif around the side and the same decoration to the metal rims. Thus I think same maker, and perhaps French, as I've never seen iridescence limited to the sides only on a Czech bowl.
