333 is 8 carat gold. 375 is 9 carat gold. A photo of the inside of the mount would be helpful.
I've never seen an 8ct gold stamp, I thought it was a makers mark. What countries use 8ct gold?
Efesgirl is quite correct on the gold content: 333/1000 = 8/24. Good old Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fineness
You will see that the only country mentioned as ever having used 333 gold was Germany, tying in nicely with the cameo itself, which appears to be hardstone (agate), a single piece of stone, not shell stuck onto a black background. The Idar-Oberstein region of Germany is still producing cameos of this type.
I would guess, going by the fairly modern look of the cameo & the low karatage of the gold that this dates to post-WWII but not later than 1970 or so. The fineness may be low, but there is a lot of metal & a lot of workmanship involved, so still value there. The cameo is very pretty &, unlike so many, has not had the tip of the nose knocked off (probably not worn much), so value there as well.
