Plain oak chair

This chair is very plain solid oak there is a rung missing though. I sent the best pictures I could for this comfy chair....it has served me well, however I can't find any information on this chair. I thought it may have been duilt Before embossing came to the Midwest? I'm moving out of the country for a time and can't take my chair with me...it's too cost prohibitive to do so. Hope you have better luck than I did on find out about my chair.
