Tough Lookin' Image of a COWBOY who might know his way around a gun!

This image is pretty worn and tattered and I think spent a long time in somebody's billfold. It was never glued into an album. Pretty rough-lookin' hombre steps into a parlor or through a set, on a stage?? I have no valid idea--It looks like a pretty tacky background for a photography studio! I see it is a vintage photo. But those among the viewers will probably have opinions. See the back for deep discolor.--I wish it had a date or title. .--I live in AZ. when cowboys did walk the dusty streets dressed like this decades ago. I have been here 60 years. My ex-husband is a fast draw expert and they did dress in authentic old west duds when there were exhibitions or contests He won a slew of 1st place trophies when he was a young man.-- I'll see him on Christmas Eve and get an opinion.
