Paranoic village

This is a wood framed image, appears to be painted and feels like either linen canvas or paper. Double matted without glass. Prevailing colors blue, tan and yellow. The right top edge in particular shows distortion of coloration (see pic.), as if the edges were taped to create borders. The edition number (I-191/500) on the lower left appears to be in pencil and smears when rubbing it. The signature on lower right also seems to be pencil but doesn't smeàr with rubbing. Canvas DIMENSIONS - 20-1/2" LG X 18 -1/2" tall with 1/2" border. Image DIMENSIONS - 19-11/2" X 17-1/2". The back is sealed with paper.
Images - main subject - Mexican style Adobe buildings (the front opening appears to be supported by a crutch), with female/male figures posed around and in bell tower. Birds in the sky. White/blue sky/clouds. Right Foreground - seated figure with wings and long staff and rocks. Left Foreground - white chest with open drawer. Blue mountains line the horizon. Two figures are standing on the left in front of the mountains.
Anybody know anything about this? Thanks for any help. I purchased this in a thrift store.
