SACA stands for Societa Accomandita Ceramiche Artistiche. The company was founded in the 1920's by three former employees of Richard Ginori located outside of Florence and manufactured majolica in the Italian Renaissance style. They were only in business thru the 1950's. (from Worthpoint).
It's a happy, hand painted tea set!
