Antique? Braided Handle Flower Pattern Pottery Pitcher

Hello,

Can anyone Identify this Nice looking pottery pitcher? I was told it's an antique, it really does have that feel to it but I can't tell. Please review the pictures if you can please and let me know if you need more photo's? I've search the web and can't find anything close. Any information would be helpful.
