New York company crucible knife.. age?? Bone handle? Pocket/jack-knife?

I found this jack-knife at a house sale it looks all original. Has a hard handle and 2 blades one large blade an pen blade both have new York co crucible stamped on blades. Still very solid knife the spring is very strong an it is still sharp don't know much about the knife any info will help thanks .
