    These old black and white photos are from the Rosedale Coal Mine which is a community of Drumheller Alberta. I am not sure what year these photos were taken. The mines have been shut down since the 1970's.? These photos are from The Thomas Mine. They were preserved all these years on photo pages with a small write up about the photos. One of the few times I have found original old photos. Takes you back in time.

      Hi Manikin, There were a few coal mines situated around Drumheller. These old photos are from one of the coal mines.
      I believe the men worked very hard in those times.
