    Hi

Would be thankful if somebody could share some "light" on candle powered lanterns and their history.
Very limited or zero information on the internet.

This lamp is for sure restored and it was found in Norway (Northern Europe). It has the size of a standard lantern Dietz, Petromax and have the look like a standard lamp, but its obvious that it was 100% made for candle power feeding. The general condition perhaps does not make it look very old after restored.
I have no idea, so I hope you could shed some light on this lantern.
