Chinese/Tawain Table Lamp

I bought this table lamp from a thrift store. The more I got to looking at it I realized it was possibly a vase. I looked at some vases and thought it looked like a rose famille but had some other family characteristics so I wasn't sure. I took off the base and it didn't really look like a drill hole but possibly molded that way. I am not sure. I small sticker came off that said made in Tawain. I had to wonder if the vase was too or maybe just the lamp. Anyone know anything about these? I am not looking for a appraisal. I am just unsure of where it really came from. Thanks!
