    i know it's some kind of mannequin ....my research was a dead end ...is this an antique ...all separate wooden pieces ....cast iron base ...toro fabric front ....can any body tell me about this thanks

      Possibly mid-century. Hard to say, exactly. A dressmaker would know more about it.

      It is a sewing mannequin and size can be adjusted to measurements of the person you are making clothes for . Many people use them to display vintage clothes today . Yours appears to be from around 1950's but they are still making them like this today .

      They came in different sizes from small to large so minor adjustments could be made and normally used for the person who made their own clothes and could try it on mannequin as they needed to .
