Beautiful green clear glass fruit bowl

I am not sure if this is depression glass but it is simply elegant. It is 18 inches round with on even border and some ribbon like embossing. It is deep and very heavy. The photo does not so it justice.

I live in Indiana and purchased it at the Goodwill for $5.00. I have other green depression glass but none like this. I am not interested in selling it but I would like to know its maker. I keep a book on all the glass I own and would like to put some information with the photo.
