This is from the line of 1964 Gi Joe "Army Equipment Sets" for the 12" Action Soldier. #7515 Bivouac Sleeping Bag. The official Action Soldier sleeping bag was made of real U.S. olive drab material with zipper: Some contained tie cords. It is still sealed never opened.
