This is a Sowerby Glass Vase depicting Mercury, the messenger of the Gods, pattern no. 2566. This vase belongs to my Mother, who says it came with the house, which probably means it was my Nana's! It has a frog (which I had to rescue from the compost bin this morning, as it got thrown out with the flowers!). There are chunks out of the feet and frog, but it is a very pretty vase. This one is not uranium glass.
