6 3/4 inch on width x 4 1/2 height the only marking appears to be a ship. Appears to have been made in four sections going by the seems. I have had antique dealers and an ID specialist look at it. No info thus far. One person said possiblymade while someone was on a ship for an extended period. Very heavy glass. Help please. TIA
