These small 1950's plastic pull toys approx. 2"x3" are marked made in Hong Kong. You attach a string to a loop on the front and pull them along. They are a little worn from play. Still love their movement and small clicking sound when pulling them.

Very interesting The kangaroo is longer then the elephant valentino97. I'm guessing they varied an inch or so depending on the animal. I have always wondered how they were offered now I know Thanks so much. It will be great to see your post on them. And walking by themselves this is why I didn't find a loop on the elephant for the string and there was no sign of a missing piece as at one time it must have walked on it's own. The dog has the eyelet for the string.

I am glad you remember about the ball and string this is so neat as I couldn't find much information about them only something about pulling them with a string. Worked ok on the dog.

Some of these that did not have string were called ramp walkers.......you would make a ramp from a book or whatever and the animal would walk down the ramp by itself.....I loved these!!!

Thank you Tassie Devil. I seem to have both types of walkers. The dog with the eyelet that valentino97 explained works with the string and ball and the others are the Ramp Walkers Have a Happy New Year. I'm thinking you are 12 or 13 hours ahead:)
