Rainbow satin Peloton glass jack in the pulpit vase

I have been told that I enjoy glass that "has a lot going on"...well, I heartily agree, & I'm sure that many others here do too! So here is a very unusual vase that has a whole lot going on - white Peloton threads over rainbow stripes in orange, mauve, & green, a satin finish, an applied rigaree, a green footed base that contains uranium, & a jack in the pulpit top. And it's quite tall, around 30cm. No idea of the maker, (though I guess it's Bohemian) & I've never seen another piece quite like it - if anyone can ID it that would be great!
