Large teardrop shaped vase. Looks to be hand blown, has bubble inclusions, you can see the separation point on the bottom, and you can see where the base was ground to set evenly.

Definitely hand blown Tina and I think a studio piece, which may make ID difficult. The pontil break shows it's mouth blown and the grind to flatten the base is fairly quickly done.
You said it was "old" - do you have any history for it? Are you in the US or elsewhere?

I'm in US.my mother cleaned house for a wealthy woman here in Tennessee.before she passed she gave it to my mother that was like 30 years ago.ive had it almost that long.it stands 13 inch.tall,and 13 at the middle.i hope I can find out more about it.tyvm.
