Lighted Religious frame

This is a religious lighted picture and frame of unknown provenance. Was found clearing away deceased person's belongings. The outside frame size is 16 1/2" x 14" and the glass picture of the nativity itself is 9" x 6 1/2". The frame seems to be ceramic as the front of the frame is soft and glossy,contrary to the back which is "rougher". The nativity scene is painted on the back of the glass.The light inside is probably red cause it gives the picture a soft rosy-red glow. Rather heavy but beautiful!
