Bought this at a flee market in Cleveland Tx. It is about 9 in. From center to outer edge. Hollow w/a brass wire covering one side around to back. Any suggestions as to what it could be ? It has a small opening but for what I can't imagine. Also has some type of ceramic area along with the metal body .
