      I think this might be a Mikasa Walther pattern but I don't know that I've ever seen a pattern name. I usually Google 'Mikasa Walther leaf' to see some examples.

      swfinluv1 is right - the bowl is Mikasa Waltherglas, West Germany. Here is another one:
