Picked up this way cool "Corpsman's knife" at an auction yesterday. Very happy to be the new caretaker of this historic, near mint item. This USMC issued bolo style knife was intended to clear jungle obstructions as well as cut small trees for litters or stretchers in the Pacific theater.
