This is the Duncan One Hundred One aka Beaded 101
11" bread plate ca. 1885 with a 101 border; Give Us
This Day Our Daily Bread text circling the center.
The graphic close-up photo shows tools, sickle, plow, rake, anvil, pliers, hammer on the sides (see arrows) & sheaves of wheat & ears of corn on stalks in the upper center. A beautiful portrait of the bounty of the Victorian work ethic. (courtesy PatternGlass.com)

Thank you very much Efesgirl and jscotto for your kind comments. Not so long ago, I was walking past a desk that had three cherished plates, standing in racks, on the top. I have poor balance and use a walker (even at home). Unfortunately, I bumped into the desk. The large framed picture that was also resting against the wall came down on my head, and two of the plates fell on the floor. Woe is me - two of the plates were smashed beyond repair, but the one I posted stayed in place. I stay well clear of the edges of furniture now. Oh, my head - a bump and a scratch from the corner of the frame - thank God that didn't break.

Sorry for the novel! Thank you again for looking at my plate.
