My Highboy Dresser

I don't know much about this type of furniture, but I was wondering if anyone could maybe date it or tell me what type/style this is. I do not see any markings on any of the drawers, beneath it or on the back. I love the details in the carvings, but I have looked online and can't find anything similar. I know that the way the drawers are put together have something to do with it's age, but I can't tell. That's all I got. :)
