    Hi, I just purchased this at my local thrift store And I would like to know if anyone could tell me what 18 K, GK stamp on that ring means I know 18k usually stands for 18 karat gold but I don't know what GK stands for can anyone tell me any information would be greatly appreciated.

      That isn't a diamond - it's a cubic zirconia. I can see that the edges of the stone are unpolished. I think the letters are 18KGR which means the ring is probably 18K rolled gold, not solid gold.
