This I believe is mid to late 19 C Canadian. It has wood casters , dovetail drawer joints and and skeleton key holes for each drawer.
Can anyone pinpoint its age and style and or manufacturer?

I don't see anything to ID it as specific to Canada-- this type was found in the US as well.
Assuming it is hand dovetailed, I would put it at mid to late 19th century. It appears to be a nice example with mahogany veneer on the drawer fronts.
In the US, this style (and most other 19th century) has lost its appeal and are available at bargain prices; AND give it a decade (or two) and it will come back in style.
