I received a whole box full of old dolls, most of them are from 1930-40. This particular doll is intriguing me. It's very simple made, but has a certain look, personally I think its a piece of art. The color are off, I will try to take better pictures. I heard the parents of the little girl in 1930, were wealthy and traveled a lot.
Due to the material used... I think you call it bast fiber? I was thinking it has been made by native Americans?
