Porcelain doll, unknown manufacturer and period. Again, I am guessing its about 1930 to 1940. Maybe French? Does it help to undress those dolls? I don't want to touch them too much.

German and yes undressing is better, she is a common China head they made from 1920's through 40's . She is not in original clothing . Often called Dollhouse China's because of small size and they do not have fine detailing that collectors look for . Hairdo is always important it dates the doll and the more elaborate and rare of style makes the price .
One like yours but it will not sell that high . The Seller has set price but I know they don't go that high , and yours is a low brow also meaning hair comes down lower n face which is the most common hairdo found .
