I found this in an old box from a cleanout of an old barn and am interested in knowing more about this. Where was it made and when? how much is it worth? who else has one?

Likely a British or other European Codd bottle circa 1910-1930s as I see the capacity label.
You can try researching it, but we're not allowed to give values here.
Never seen a bottle like that. Can find no similar examples.
Blackhawk Ginger Ale, Carse & Ohlweiler Co., Rock Island, ILL
Are we sure it's the U.S. version? Codd bottles are not very common in the U.S., especially outside the East Coast (imports.)
