I was humming and harring about this particular piece. My first opinion was it wasn't Dorrie Nossiter, I kept coming back to this brooch and going into research mode. After lots of debating, I decided it was Dorrie Nossiter particularly the berries and the silver scrollwork and wirework.
It was probably made during the 1930s, no markings, it tests as silver.
I wasn't sure about the hinge and pin, I read the sellers description and it did mention that they thought it was originally and a dress clip which would make sense as you can see on the back particularly at the bottom Blister pearl signs of a type of fitting. Dorrie Nossiter did make a lot of dress clip brooches, there is one on another of my postings.
My question is, is this a Dorrie Nossiter brooch, I could be wrong in my assumptions.
Many thanks for looking.
Can't say for the maker, but that's a very nice brooch, I love the design and the blister pearls colour too!
Thank you for your comment kyra. :-)

This is my other Dorrie Nossiter dress clip. I think if you look at this brooch you can see at the bottom were the clip fitting would have been.
Hi Jean. I spied this one too. It's defiantly a Nossitor piece. I've seen them with this fan-like structure. I think is was one of a pair of clips.
Great news!!! Another Nossiter piece :-)
Well done Jean....very nice!!
Hi Jewels1900, Happy New Year. Thanks for confirming this is Dorrie Nossiter, to be honest I haven't seen this shape before, I think that's what threw me.
Yes it is kyra, I'm getting quite a collection of her work.
Thank you Judy.
